Willian urges Chelsea board to be patient with Frank Lampard

Chelsea winger Willian has advocated that the Chelsea board to be more”such as Manchester City and Liverpool” and have patience with Frank Lampard.
The Brazilian has worked under four distinct managers since his move to Stamford Bridge at 2013, also boss Guus Hiddink, that had been during the 2015/16 season set for six months.
However, Willian has called for the Chelsea plank to provide Lampard time like last season’s Premier League winners and runners-up have performed with Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp.
“Lampard has been one of the greatest players at Chelsea and among the greatest gamers in Europe,” Willian explained.
“The fans love him and that he understands the club really well. I think it is time to devote him more time. I’ve been at Chelsea six decades and I’ve had five distinct managers!
“Maybe now it is time to give more time such as Man City perform, such as Liverpool do, three or four decades. This may be essential.”
Lampard, who played 429 days has had a mixed start to his career as Blues director, winning 2 , drawing two and losing one of the opening five league matches.
The 41-year-old picked up his second victory on Saturday, beating sailors 5-2 thanks to a Tammy Abraham hat-trick.
Willian played the entire 90 minutes in Molineux and, despite a rush from Spanish champions Barcelona in the summer, he states that he would like to expand his contract past the summer with the team.
He said:”In my side, I wish to stay here. I know I only have left but I feel playing Chelsea.
“I like playing Chelsea. I possess the affection with everyone, the people who work in the club, the lovers.
“Perhaps this is going to be in the close of the season. Now is not the time to think about doing it. I only want to play with my football and also to help the team this season.”
